WHAT THIS DOCUMENT COVERS

HVERSE Terminal ("we", "the platform") is an institutional-grade trading analysis terminal for BTC/USDT. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the platform, how we use it, and what controls you have over it.

We built HVERSE Terminal for serious operators. That means our approach to data is the same as our approach to trading: minimal exposure, maximum clarity.

INFORMATION COLLECTED

When you sign in with Google, we receive from Google:

• Your email address
• Your display name
• Your profile picture URL

This information is used solely to identify your account and personalize your session. We do not request access to your Google Calendar, Gmail, Drive, or any other Google service.

During normal use, the platform stores locally and in our database:

• Paper trading records (entries, exits, P&L — no real money involved)
• System decisions and audit reports generated by the MOS engine
• Session and performance metrics

USE OF INFORMATION

We use the information we collect exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity and protect your session
• Persist your trading records and decisions across devices
• Improve the accuracy of the system's statistical models over time

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train external AI models.

WHERE YOUR DATA LIVES

Account and trading data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure managed by Supabase Inc. Data is protected by row-level security — only you can read your own records.

Market data (BTC price, order flow, liquidity) is received in real time from Binance public WebSocket streams and is not stored permanently.

ACCESS AND DELETION

You have the right to:

• Access all data associated with your account
• Request deletion of your account and all associated records
• Export your trading history at any time from the platform
