AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using HVERSE Terminal ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
WHAT HVERSE TERMINAL IS
HVERSE Terminal is an analytical and educational tool designed to assist in the study of market structure, ICT/SMC methodology, and systematic trading decisions for BTC/USDT.
The platform operates exclusively in paper trading mode by default. It does not execute real orders, does not connect to any exchange account, and does not manage real funds unless explicitly configured to do so by the user.

HVERSE Terminal does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. All signals, scores, decisions, and outputs generated by the system are for informational and research purposes only. Past performance of any model or strategy does not guarantee future results.
Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make based on information provided by this platform.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for unauthorized or abusive purposes.
PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED USE
You may use HVERSE Terminal for personal research, analysis, and education.
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the platform's source code or models
- Use automated scripts to scrape data or abuse the platform's resources
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law
LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HVERSE Terminal and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including any trading losses.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
